Section 1 About Us

RNR Tire Express Huntsville ("we," "us," or "our") is a locally owned and operated tire and wheel retail store opening at 2733 University Drive NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35816. We are a franchisee of RNR Franchise Systems LLC. These Terms govern your use of our website, programs, and communications independently of any national RNR Tire Express policies.

Section 2 Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or registration
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its related systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with this website
• Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without our express written permission
• Use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove participation from any program for any violation of these Terms.

Section 3 Free Backpack Reservation Program

The RNR Tire Express Huntsville Free Backpack Reservation Program ("the Program") is a community initiative offering free backpacks and school supplies to Huntsville area families. Participation in the Program is subject to the following terms:

• No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate in the Program or to receive a free backpack.
• Eligibility. The Program is open to legal residents of the Huntsville, Alabama area only. One registration per adult. Each registering adult must be 19 years of age or older.
• Supply Limitation. Backpacks and supplies are available on a first-reserved, first-served basis while supplies last. Reservation of a backpack does not guarantee availability if supplies are exhausted prior to your scheduled pickup date.
• Pickup Requirement. Participants must attend a scheduled pickup event to receive their backpack. Unclaimed reservations may be forfeited if not picked up during the scheduled pickup window.
• Program Modifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, including pickup dates, supply contents, and eligibility requirements, with or without notice.
• No Commercial Use. Backpacks and supplies provided through this Program are intended for personal, non-commercial use by the registered child only.

Section 4 Grand Opening Prize Drawing

The RNR Tire Express Huntsville Grand Opening Prize Drawing ("the Drawing") is governed by separate Official Rules, available at RNRtiresHuntsville.com/backpack/rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall govern with respect to the Drawing. Key terms include:

• Open to Alabama residents 19 years of age or older
• No purchase necessary to enter or win
• All prizes are awarded and redeemed locally in Huntsville, Alabama
• This is not a national sweepstakes or promotion
• Void where prohibited by law

Section 5 SMS Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting a reservation or texting a keyword to our SMS number, you agree to receive text messages from RNR Tire Express Huntsville related to the Program, the Drawing, and our Grand Opening. Specific terms include:

• Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive reservation confirmations, pickup reminders, drawing notifications, and Grand Opening announcements.
• Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-Out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at admin@rnrtireshuntsville.com.
• Carrier Disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No Selling. Your mobile number will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Section 6 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and program descriptions, is the property of RNR Tire Express Huntsville or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The RNR Tire Express name and logo are the property of RNR Franchise Systems LLC and are used by us under license. Unauthorized use of any content on this website is strictly prohibited.

Section 7 Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all Program-related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on this website.

Section 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RNR Tire Express Huntsville shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, participation in the Program, or receipt of SMS communications. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the value of the prize or benefit you received from us, if any.
