1. Sponsor
RNR Tire Express, Huntsville, Alabama, located at 2733 University Drive NW, Huntsville, AL 35816 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Alabama who are at least nineteen (19) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, RNR Franchise Systems LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of any such employee are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Teacher Prize Drawing eligibility is limited to Huntsville-area teachers participating in or associated with the Backpack Giveaway campaign, as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion. Teachers must also satisfy applicable eligibility requirements and may be required to verify teacher status before prize award.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion consists of multiple components running concurrently:
- Backpack Giveaway Reservation Period: May 22, 2026 through July 20, 2026, or until all available giveaway items are reserved, whichever occurs first.
- Parent/Adult Prize Drawing Entry Period: May 22, 2026 through Grand Opening Day. All eligible parent/adult entries received by the close of Grand Opening Day will be included in the Parent/Adult Prize Drawing.
- Teacher Prize Drawing Period: May 22, 2026 through Grand Opening Day. Teacher-related entries or qualifying reservation credits received by the close of Grand Opening Day will be included in the separate Teacher Prize Drawing, subject to the teacher prize method described below.
4. No Purchase Necessary
Participation in the Backpack Giveaway does not affect eligibility for or odds of winning the Parent/Adult Prize Drawing. Mail-in entry is available as an alternate method of entry for eligible entrants as described below.
5. How To Enter — Parent/Adult Drawing
Method A — Online Reservation (Primary): Visit RNRtiresHuntsville.com/backpack and complete the reservation form during the Entry Period. You must initially provide: your legal name, phone number, and the first name of your child and the child’s school. One (1) base entry into the Parent/Adult Prize Drawing is awarded upon completion of a valid online reservation.
Method B — Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required): To enter the Parent/Adult Prize Drawing without completing an online reservation, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3×5 inch card and mail it to: RNR Tire Express Huntsville, Attn: Grand Opening Drawing, 2733 University Drive NW, Huntsville, AL 35816.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2026 and received no later than August 7, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per household. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.
Bonus Entries — Online Entrants Only
Eligible online entrants may earn up to twelve (12) additional Parent/Adult Prize Drawing entries through the following actions, for a maximum of thirteen (13) total Parent/Adult Prize Drawing entries:
- +1 entry — Social Follow: Follow the official RNR Tire Express - Huntsville Facebook page and confirm this action within your online reservation form or related promotion process.
- +10 entries — Referrals: Share your unique referral link up to 10 times with local Huntsville-area adults, 19+ years of age, and the referred eligible individual completes a valid online reservation through that link.
- +1 entry — In-Person Pickup: Attend a scheduled backpack pickup event in person on July 25, 2026, August 1, 2026 or August 8, 2026 and have your attendance recorded by Sponsor staff.
Note: Bonus entries are not available to mail-in entrants. Bonus entries do not affect the one-entry-per-person limit for mail-in participants.
6. Teacher Prize Drawing
The Teacher Prize Drawing is separate from the Parent/Adult Prize Drawing. Backpack reservations connected to a teacher or classroom campaign may help that teacher receive chances toward the separate Teacher Prize Drawing.
Each valid online backpack reservation associated with a participating teacher, teacher code, classroom code, school campaign, or other tracking method approved by Sponsor may count as one teacher-related credit or entry for that teacher in the Teacher Prize Drawing.
If two or more teachers have the same number of qualifying teacher-related credits or entries at the close of the Teacher Prize Drawing Period, Sponsor may conduct a random tie-breaking drawing among the tied teachers to determine the teacher prize winner, unless Sponsor elects another fair and reasonable tie-breaking method consistent with these Official Rules.
Teacher eligibility, teacher status verification, association of reservations with a teacher, and final Teacher Prize Drawing administration are subject to Sponsor’s records and decisions, which are final and binding.
7. Prizes
One (1) Parent/Adult Prize Drawing winner will receive one (1) set of four (4) standard passenger tires, installed at RNR Tire Express Huntsville, valued up to $750 ARV.
One (1) Teacher Prize Drawing winner will receive one (1) set of four (4) standard passenger tires, installed at RNR Tire Express Huntsville, valued up to $750 ARV.
Tire Prize Conditions: Tire selection is subject to vehicle fitment, product availability, store inventory, and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners must schedule and attend installation appointment within sixty (60) days of notification. No cash refund, store credit, or other compensation will be provided for any difference between the actual tire package selected or installed and the maximum stated prize value. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Second Prize (2 winners): Two (2) RNR Tire Express Huntsville store credit vouchers in the amount of $75 Dollars (75.00), redeemable at RNR Tire Express Huntsville only. Credit must be redeemed within one hundred eighty (180) days of issuance. Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. ARV: $150.
Third Prize (2 winners): Two (2) rechargeable emergency tire inflators. ARV: approximately $75 each. Total ARV for Third Prize: $150.
Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $1,800. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Prizes are non-transferable except as noted. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
Parent/Adult Prize Drawing winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Parent/Adult Prize Drawing entries received during the Entry Period. The Teacher Prize Drawing winner will be selected separately based on the teacher prize method described in these Official Rules and Sponsor’s records.
The drawing or drawings will be conducted on Grand Opening Day (TBD in August or September 2026) at RNR Tire Express Huntsville, 2733 University Drive NW, Huntsville, AL 35816. The drawing is open to the public.
Potential winners will be notified by phone or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days of the first notification attempt, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining eligible entries or eligible teachers, as applicable.
9. Conditions Of Participation
By entering, participants agree that: (a) the Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Promotion; (b) the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion; (c) all federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply; (d) the Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries; and (e) participation constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion and, with entrant’s consent as indicated on the reservation form, for future marketing communications from RNR Tire Express Huntsville. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Information will not be sold to third parties.
11. Winner List
For a list of prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: RNR Tire Express Huntsville, Attn: Grand Opening Drawing Winners, 2733 University Drive NW, Huntsville, AL 35816, after the drawing date.
12. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
