RNR Tire Express Huntsville is a locally owned and operated tire and wheel retail store located at 2733 University Drive NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35816. We are an independent franchisee of RNR Franchise Systems LLC. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by our local operation and does not govern data collected by the national RNR Tire Express franchise or its corporate entities.

We collect personal information in the following ways:

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account information, government ID numbers, or sensitive health information through any of our programs or communications.

Section 3 How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• To process and manage your backpack reservation
• To send you SMS text messages about your reservation, pickup dates, and our Grand Opening
• To administer the Grand Opening Prize Drawing in accordance with the Official Rules
• To track teacher participation for the Teacher Prize Drawing
• To analyze and incorporate teacher supply suggestions into our backpack program
• To send you information about RNR Tire Express Huntsville services and promotions, where you have provided consent
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations
• To protect against fraud or abuse of our programs

Section 4 SMS Text Messaging — Specific Terms

We use SimpleTexting to send and receive SMS and MMS messages. By providing your phone number and opting into our text program, you specifically agree to the following:

• Message Types. You may receive reservation confirmations, pickup reminders, Grand Opening announcements, and program updates.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies. You will not receive daily messages. Typical frequency is 2–6 messages over the course of the program period.
• Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help. Reply HELP or contact us at admin@rnrtireshuntsville.com.
• No Third-Party Sharing. Your mobile number will not be sold or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

Section 5 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers. We use third-party tools including Google Forms, Google Sheets, SimpleTexting, Squarespace, Zapier, and Bit.ly to operate our programs. These providers process information on our behalf and are governed by their own privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority.
• Prize Administration. Winner names may be used for promotional purposes as described in the Official Rules, unless prohibited by law.
• Franchise. Aggregated, non-personally-identifying information may be shared with RNR Franchise Systems LLC for reporting purposes. Individual personal information is not shared with the national franchise without your consent.

Section 6 Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including:

• Reservation and pickup records — retained through the end of our 2026 backpack program season
• Prize Drawing records — retained for one year after the drawing date as required for contest compliance
• SMS opt-in records — retained for the duration of your opt-in status plus three years as required by applicable regulations
• Teacher input records — retained through the current school year

After the applicable retention period, information is securely deleted or anonymized.

Section 7 Children's Privacy

Our website and programs are directed at adults 19 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Information about children (such as a child's first name and grade level) is collected from the parent or guardian who completes the reservation form. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child, please contact us immediately at admin@rnrtireshuntsville.com and we will promptly delete it.

Section 8 Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations. Note that deleting your information will remove your reservation and any associated prize drawing entries.
• Opt-Out of SMS. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further SMS communications.
• Opt-Out of Email. Contact us at admin@rnrtireshuntsville.com to opt out of email communications.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11 below. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

Section 9 Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our data is stored using industry-standard tools including Google Workspace and Squarespace, which maintain their own security programs. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Section 10 Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. The third-party services we use include:
